The puppies are really growing fast! They are eating wet food at this point, have teeth and their personalities are very cute. It was a very bright sunny day for a photo shoot and we had so much fun! Even Ruby got to play, she found something really interesting in the flower bed. Although she is nursing 9 puppies she is still shiny and beautiful and very funny! Our new puppies were born September 17, 2012. We have 9 puppies--2 black males, 3 black females, and 4 chocolate females.
East Texas Labrador Retrievers is a family owned and operated business located in the East Texas Pineywoods area near Lufkin/Nacogdoches. Our puppies are raised in the country and are well socialized by our family. We spend many hours each day with our puppies so that they will be well mannered, fun-loving, and people pleasing puppies. Ruby, the dam, is a beautiful, chocolate labrador retriever and comes from a line of hunting dogs. She is a joy to all that meet her. Her sweet eyes, and gentle, calm nature make her the perfect family dog. Blu, the sire, is a beautiful black stud. He has a gorgeous, blocky head and a muscular athletic body. He is very loving, well-mannered, has excellent temperament, and a great personality. Blu's father was an excellent hunting dog, and he has Champion bloodlines on both his mother and father's side in hunting and in the show ring. Both dogs are very obedient, love to please, love to swim and retrieve, and have the athletic build most hunters desire. They love to be a part of the family. Both dogs meet all AKC standards for Labrador Retrievers. Both dam and sire are OFA certified, hips and elbows.
The puppies have had dew claws removed, and will have had their first set of shots by six weeks old. They will come with a health record and a health guarantee. You will be provided a copy of the sire and dam pedigrees and AKC papers, as well as registration information for your puppy. The puppies are $450 with a $100 deposit to hold your puppy until it is weaned (deposit applied to total at pick up).
